Description:
JobMob is currently searching for several Talent Aqusition Recruiting Managers to
implement the recruiting and placement activities within
our business. Will be responsible to meet all recruiting and placement
metrics with typical supervision required, and considered to be knowledgeable
on staffing tactics and processes.
Locations:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads strategic and tactical recruiting efforts at the segment(s) level
- Develops, adapts and implements recruiting strategy and sets team-wide
priorities per the business objectives
- Drives and executes reporting of recruiting metrics, trend analysis
and process improvemen
- Coordinates closely with JobMob leadership
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent related professional experience
- 5+ years experience in the recruiting industry, including 2+ years
in a recruiting leadership role managing staff and projects
- 2+ years MS Excel and Powerpoint and ability to build effective
reports and presentations
- 2+ Years recruiting for technical positions
Desired Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience in a management consulting/professional services firm
- Previous experience in developing and delivering recruiting-related
presentations and training
- Demonstrated analytical ability and critical decision-making skills
- Travel requirement: minimal travel
